We will support and advice you to:
- develop your organisational or department’s strategies and define objectives, particularly in terms of portfolio development, partnership relations, capitalization and knowledge management.
- optimize the functioning of the teams.
- ensure the good visibility of your organisation/department/project’s activities and their good capitalization.
- organise, structure and lead workshops and seminars on themes related to conflicts and fragilities and civil society engagement.
Development and monitoring of projects
We will work in collaboration with you to:
- identify opportunities and ensures the development of projects.
- develop action documents and budgets; ensure the quality of the documents produced, according to your standards
- conduct project prospecting missions.
- manage quantitative and quality monitoring of the implementation of projects, through field visits and missions.
- implement project/programme qualitative, quantitative and financial objectives.
- ensure good capitalization on the projects implemented and good reuse of lessons learned in new interventions.
